Show a Reorder button

The Reorder button puts everything from a past order back in the customer's cart, in one tap. Turn it on under Features → Reorder, then add the Reorder app block. It takes two minutes and suits any store selling things people buy more than once.

What this does

A customer who wants the same thing again has to find each product and add it back. Most do not bother.

Turn it on

  1. Go to Features → Reorder.
  2. Turn on Show it on the customer's order page.
  3. Save.
  4. Go to Features and add the Reorder app block from the banner.

What your customers see

A Reorder button on their order page. Selecting it rebuilds their cart with that order's items, ready to check out.

Good to know

Best for consumables. Coffee, skincare, pet food, supplements — anything with a natural repeat cycle. Less useful for one-off purchases.

Sold-out items cannot be added back. If something is unavailable, the cart is rebuilt without it.

Custom items may not return. Items that cannot go back in a cart — personalised pieces, or products you no longer sell online — are handled as a quote request instead. See Set up your customer emails.

Prices are current, not historical. The cart uses today's prices, not what the customer paid before.

Troubleshooting

  • No Reorder button — Why: The feature is off, or the block is missing — Fix: Check Features, then the banner
  • Some items are missing from the cart — Why: They are out of stock or no longer sold — Fix: Expected
  • Prices differ from the original order — Why: The cart uses current prices — Fix: Expected
  • Nothing happens when selected — Why: Nothing in the order can be re-added — Fix: Check the products still exist
  • A quote request arrived instead — Why: The order had custom items — Fix: Set who receives quote emails
