The Order Status Page is where Account Editor actions actually run. While the Thank You Page only shows widgets and redirects customers, the Order Status Page is the place where edits, cancellations, upsells, and discount logic are fully executed.
This makes it the most important page for post-purchase customer self-service.
Adding the App Block to the Order Status Page
Go to Account Editor → Dashboard.
Click on Add app block → Order Status Page.
Choose the extensions (Block or Individual) you want to make available.
Click SAVE to confirm your changes.
Block Extensions on the Order Status Page
Block extensions bundle multiple options into a single widget for a clean, all-in-one view.
1. Order Editing Block
Shows all customer editing actions together. Customers can:
Edit shipping address
Edit contact details
Edit order items
Cancel order
Download invoice
Add/Edit order note
Replace product item
Use Case: A customer realizes they typed the wrong phone number and also wants to remove an item. Instead of clicking multiple separate widgets, they can do it all from the Order Editing block.
2. Upsell Block
Displays recommended products under “You might also like.”
Clicking on a product immediately runs the upsell flow here on the Order Status Page.
Use Case: A customer buys a snowboard. On the Order Status Page, they see related items like wax or bindings, and can add them instantly.
Individual Extensions on the Order Status Page
Individual extensions allow precise control. Instead of showing all actions in one block, you can decide exactly which options to give customers.

Best Practices
Use Block Extensions if you want customers to see all options grouped neatly in one place.
Use Individual Extensions if you want precise control over which actions are available.
Always set a clear Editing Window Timer to avoid conflicts with fulfillment.
Pair Upsell and Add More Items for maximum revenue impact.
Only enable Cancel Order if your fulfillment process supports it
