Sendcloud Integration — Shopify Edited Order Sync (Account Editor)


This guide helps merchants using Sendcloud configure the integration so that Account Editor order edits are always reflected correctly. Sendcloud is a special integration — unlike most 3PLs, it reads live order edits directly from Shopify in real time. No delayed capture flow required.


✅ Live edit support: Sendcloud syncs order changes from Account Editor in real time. Once connected, any edit made during the editing window is automatically reflected — no manual capture or Shopify Flow needed.



Step-by-Step Setup


📋 Step 1 — Log In to Sendcloud


Go to app.sendcloud.com and log in to your Sendcloud account.



⚙️ Step 2 — Open Settings


In the left sidebar, click Settings to expand the settings menu.



🔗 Step 3 — Click on Integrations


Under Settings, click Integrations. This opens the Integrations page where you can connect your webshop or system to Sendcloud.



🛒 Step 4 — Connect Your Shopify Store



  1. Click Connect on the Shopify V2 tile
  2. You will be redirected to the Shopify App Store
  3. Click Install to install the Sendcloud app on your Shopify store
  4. Authorize the connection when prompted
  5. Your store is now connected ✅


📝 Make sure you are logged into the correct Shopify store before clicking Connect — the redirect takes you directly to the Shopify App Store install page for your active store.



✅ Step 5 — You're Live


Once connected, all your Shopify orders will appear automatically on the Sendcloud dashboard. Any edits made through Account Editor are reflected in real time — no additional configuration needed.
