Integration

The Integrations tab allows you to connect your Account Editor with third-party fraud prevention services. These integrations help strengthen your store’s security by automatically detecting and preventing fraudulent transactions, reducing chargebacks, and protecting revenue.

Available Integrations

  1. Forter Fraud
  • Provides real-time fraud prevention using AI-driven decision-making across the customer journey.
  • Helps ensure only legitimate transactions go through while blocking suspicious activity.

  1. NoFraud
  • Protects against both fraud and chargebacks using AI combined with real fraud analysts.
  • Reduces revenue loss and prevents abuse.

  1. Signifyd
  • Focuses on maximizing conversions while offering guaranteed protection against fraud and non-fraud chargebacks.
  • Useful for merchants who want financial assurance in addition to fraud detection.

How it works

  • Click Connect under the service you want to integrate.
  • You’ll be redirected to authenticate and set up the integration.
  • Once connected, the system will work in the background to analyze transactions and enforce fraud prevention rules.

Tip: Choose the provider that best aligns with your store’s needs (real-time decisions, chargeback coverage, or guaranteed protection).

Connect Klaviyo (OAuth)

You can connect Klaviyo to sync post-purchase events (edits, upsells, cancellations) into your email/SMS flows.

  • Click Connect under Klaviyo in the Integrations tab.
  • You'll be redirected to Klaviyo to authorize access via OAuth — log in to your Klaviyo account and approve the connection.
  • Once authorized, you're returned to Account Editor and the integration is active.
  • Account Editor events can now trigger Klaviyo flows (e.g., "order edited" or "upsell accepted").

Note: OAuth means you authenticate directly with Klaviyo — Account Editor never stores your Klaviyo password.
