🚦Triggers in Account Editor

Account Editor has its own set of triggers that can be used in Shopify Flow to automate post-purchase actions based on customer behaviour or order status. The following triggers are :


  1. Order Updated Trigger: Triggers when an existing order is updated, allowing workflows to respond to order changes automatically.
  2. Order Cancelled Trigger: Triggered when a customer cancels an order.
  3. Order Cancellation Request Trigger: This flow runs when a customer requests cancellation for an order through account editor.
  4. Product Added Trigger: Triggered when a customer adds an product to their order
  5. Product Quantity Increased Trigger: Triggered when a customer increases quantity of a product in their order.
  6. Product Quantity Decreased Trigger: Triggered when a customer decreases quantity of a product in their order.
  7. Product Removed Trigger: Triggered when a customer removes a product from their order.
  8. Product Variant Swapped: Triggered when a customer swaps variant for a product.
  9. Address Updated: Triggered when a customer updates their address details.
  10. Email Updated: Triggered when a customer updates their email address.
