1. My revenue looks low—why?
Only upsell-related revenue appears here. It doesn’t include your base Shopify sales.
2. Why do some surfaces show “0” results?
That surface has no active upsell offers, or you haven’t added its app block yet.
→ Add a relevant block under Online Store › Customize › Order Status / Thank You Page.
3. How often does data update?
In near-real time (usually within 5 minutes). Larger stores may see brief delays during heavy traffic.
4. Can I export analytics?
Yes — use the Download CSV button (top-right) or request a report through support if hidden in your plan.
5. Why does AOV Lift differ from Shopify’s reports?
Shopify averages all orders, while Account Editor isolates those influenced by upsells only.
